Frequently Asked Questions for Renting a Silent Disco

Do you live in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium? Then it’s possible to have a Silent Disco sent to you by courier!

• Fill out our contact form to indicate if you want to receive the Silent Disco by courier.
• After filling out the form, we'll send you practical information and ask for your address details to confirm the booking
• Once we have your address details, we'll send you an invoice and a corresponding payment request.
• Our courier will be dispatched 5 days in advance. You will receive our box at least one day before the event.
• You can easily return the set up to 3 days after your event by dropping off the package at a service point near you. Include our provided return form and you're done!

We have several options for delivering our Silent Disco: 1)
Have the set delivered by courier (€19.96 incl. VAT and return form included)
2) Pick up at a nearby service point
3) Pick up your Silent Disco box at one of our nearby service points.
4) Pick up at our office
You can pick up the Silent Disco set for free at our office in Diemen. Address: Julianaplantsoen 155. Note: Pickup is by appointment only.

Installing a Silent Disco set is very easy! Are you picking up the set or are we installing it for you? We'll explain this to you calmly. Did you have the set delivered or did you forget the explanation? Don't panic! We always provide a comprehensive manual. If you follow this, you can't go wrong.
