Silent disco delivery and returns
At Silent Willy's, we make sure your silent disco is always delivered on time. At least 48 hours in advance you will receive your box! Is your party over? You have plenty of time to return the box. We have a return period of three days. You can return the box to our service points near you.
Option 1. Delivery to Address
When you rent a Silent Disco from us, you can choose to have our box delivered to your home. Want it delivered to a different address than your home address? You can specify this under "shipping address." After your order, you will receive a time and date for the delivery of the Silent Disco box. We always deliver at least one day in advance. Not home? Your Silent Disco box will be delivered to a nearby parcel point.
Option 2. Choose a parcel point near you!
At checkout on our website, you can choose to have the Silent Disco box delivered to a service point near you. Stille Willy’s is connected to many service points across the country. When you order, you can pick up the box in advance from a Service Point! We always provide tracking so you know when your box has arrived.
Option 3. By appointment
Not every Silent Disco is the same. We rent for both large and small events. That’s why we also have our own Stille Willy’s courier service. Planning a Silent Disco for an extended period? Organizing a multi-day event? Or want a Silent Disco at your wedding? Let us know! We’ll provide a tailored service.
Easy Returns
Your Silent Disco was a success, and you want to return your box! It should be as simple as possible. Inside your Silent Disco box, you’ll always find a return form. This is included in the shipping price. Stick the return form on your box, drop it off at a parcel point near you, and Voilá! You have three days after your Silent Disco to return the box.
