Renting a silent disco is very easy. You choose the desired number of headphones and any extras such as disco lights on our website. After your order you will receive the set no later than 48 hours before your party. Afterwards you return the box with the provided label.

From how many headphones can I order?
At Silent Willy's we have no minimum order. Whether you're throwing an intimate party with 5 friends or hosting a festival for 1,000 people; we'll take care of it.
Do you also rent disco lights and other props?
Yes! For the ultimate atmosphere, you can also rent a disco lamp (LED light bulb) or smoke machine from us. Simply add these to your order during checkout. This way, you turn any room into a real club in no time.

I want to have the Silent Disco delivered by mail in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium. How does this work?
Do you live in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium? Then it’s possible to have a Silent Disco sent to you by courier!
- Fill out our contact form to indicate if you want to receive the Silent Disco by courier.
- After filling out the form, we'll send you practical information and ask for your address details to confirm the booking
- Once we have your address details, we'll send you an invoice and a corresponding payment request.
- Our courier will be dispatched 5 days in advance. You will receive our box at least one day before the event.
- You can easily return the set up to 3 days after your event by dropping off the package at a service point near you. Include our provided return form and you're done!
When will I receive my silent disco set?
We make sure the set arrives at least 2 days before your event. This gives you plenty of time to test everything out.
Do you want to pick up the Silent Disco set yourself, have it installed, or have it delivered?
We have several options for delivering our Silent Disco.

How do I install the Silent Disco headphones?
Installing a Silent Disco set is very easy! Are you picking up the set or are we installing it for you? We'll explain this to you calmly. Did you have the set delivered or did you forget the explanation? Don't panic! We always provide a comprehensive manual. If you follow this, you can't go wrong.
We are also available by phone for our customers if you have any questions.
Can you play three different songs on one headphone?
Yes!
We include three transmitters that you can pair with a phone, laptop or DJ panel.
Put a song on via Spotify and YouTube and voila! The audience can choose which transmitter they want to listen to.
The fun part is that you can see what someone is listening to because the headphone lights up red, blue, or green!
What happens if a headphone is broken or lost?
Of course, it can happen that a Silent Disco headphone gets lost or (heavily) damaged. In this case, we charge 30 euros per headphone. We always handle this in consultation with our customers.
Can I change my order after booking?
You can! We are rated well at Silent Willy's because our goal is to be flexible about this.
Basically, you can change your order up to a week in advance.

What comes standard in a silent disco package?
Our standard package includes the wireless headphones, at least two transmitters (transmitters), all necessary cables (AUX, USB-C, etc.), a clear manual and a return form.
How does the installation of silent disco headphones work?
It's literally plug and play. You connect the transmitter to your phone, laptop or DJ set via the included cables. Turn on the headphones and you're ready to dance right away. You don't need wifi; the transmitters work on their own powerful frequency.
How many channels can I use at the same time?
Our headphones support up to 3 different channels. This means you can connect up to 3 channels, each with their own style of music (for example, 80's, Techno and Top 40). On the headphones you choose your favorite channel, which can be seen by the color of the LED lights (Red, Blue or Green).
What is the range of the transmitters?
Our professional transmitters have a range of easily 300 meters in the open field. Walls may limit this range slightly, but for most living rooms and backyards this is more than enough.
How long does a headphone battery last?
The battery life of our silent disco headphones averages 8 to 10 hours. That's more than enough for even the longest night parties!
Are the headphones suitable for children?
Absolutely. Our headphones are adjustable to fit children's heads. In addition, users can control the volume on the headphones themselves, making it ideal for a safe children's party.
How do I return the items?
The first working day after your party, return the box to a PostNL point (or your chosen parcel service). Use the return sticker that we have enclosed in the box for this purpose. Nice and easy! Do you need longer? No problem, just call or email us to arrange it further.
