How does delivery and returns work?
1. Free pickup
You can pick up your silent disco package for free in Diemen. Address: Julianaplantsoen 155. Note: Pickup is by appointment only.
2. Have it delivered
You can have the package delivered by post (€19.96 euros incl. VAT and including return label). Rather have us deliver and install it personally? That is possible for €50 incl. VAT. (Only available for residents of North Holland, Utrecht & Flevoland).
How many headphones can I rent?
Our packages are available from 10 headphones to more than 100, depending on your needs.
How long do the headphones last?
The headphones have a battery life of about 10 hours with continuous use. This is more than enough for an entire party or event. Charging is easy and fast, should the need arise.
How many channels are there?
At Silent Willys, we offer packages with stations that can broadcast up to three channels. This means you can offer three different streams of music for your guests to choose from.
Is the silent disco rental easy to install?
Yes, our sets are very easy to install with clear instructions. You will receive a manual and can reach us for help. We can also install the silent disco equipment for you upon request.
